This super simple four (5) step recipe makes perfect, buttery and flaky pie crust!
Pour out 2.5 cups of Barlow's Foods Original Pancake Mix
Cube 1 cup (16 tbs) of cold butter and press into pancake mix using clean hands, pastry cutter or a fork until the mix feels like beach sand with pea sized lumps
Add 4-8 tablespoons of water, one at a time to moisten dough until it comes together into a ball.
Pour onto a lightly floured (all-purpose flour) counter or cutting board and work into a disc.
Wrap your dough in saran wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before rolling out and using for your favorite pies and pastries!
