Today we hosted our very first Baking Basics course hosted on the IdealSeat platform and we had an absolute blast! IdealSeat was the absolute right fit for our classes because we needed to collect "ship-to" information from our bakers and control when sign ups for the class ended to ensure that all bakers received
their kits on time. We tackled pie crust and paired it with apples and our Sweet Cream Carmel Sauce for a dessert that was out of this world.
All but one of our bakers today had never made pie crust before...ever! So, whether you're brand new to baking or a seasoned pro, there is a place for you in our classes.
